Here's how to add a YouTube video to your Facebook Fan page (or profile):
Step One
Click on the 'add link' icon under the wall post text area:
Step Two
Paste the YouTube video's URL in the link field and hit 'Attach':
Step Three
Add any text you want here about the link (optional)
Click the video's title or description to edit it if you'd like
Hit the 'Share' button to release your video to your friends/fans
The Finished Product
Your video will appear with a thumbnail and the text you provided. When the video is clicked, the wall post will expand to show the embedded YouTube video:
This is a great way to share your YouTube videos with your fan base while making sure that all views are added to the total views on YouTube.

It doesn't always add a video thumbnail if the video is new to YouTube, but after a few days it should work just fine. I tested it out, and it appears to work for me. Hope that helps
